Eduardo del Rio who goes by the moniker ‘PencilProne’ was born in Salamanca, Spain. He immigrated to the US when he was young and grew up on a Northern Californian farm. He studied at the University of San Francisco and the Universidad del Salamanca and has lived and created art from San Francisco, New York, and Madrid. He’s published illustrations, shown in galleries across the Bay Area and even had his large oil painting ‘Aquatic Angst’ featured in the De Young Museum in San Francisco. He now continually creates artwork from his Bay Area studio.
